This is a 9 week, glute and abs focused workout program. This is an advanced program and is designed for you to be able to track your progress with weight and reps over the course of 9 weeks total.  It is broken down into 3 week segments, where you will do the same exercises/workouts from weeks 1-3, then the exercises/routines will be adjusted, and you will follow the adjustments for weeks 4-6, and again on weeks 7-9. This will allow you to really master the technique, begin to feel comfortable adjusting the weights for the exercises, and allow your body adjust to the exercises.
